All finished pieces will be ready for pickup the following Saturday. If your piece needs anything additional, it will be ready in 2 weeks. This includes adding glitter/fake snow, lights, custom work etc.
Finished pieces will be held for 6 weeks after we first call you it is ready for pickup (7/8 weeks including standard firing time). We call twice about the order before pulling it from the shelf. We are not responsible for any orders pulled and will not offer refunds.
Our call schedule is as follows:
If there is a problem with your order, we will call you to sort it out. This will not count as the first call.
Please let us know if you need an extension for pickup.
If you must leave and are not finished with you piece, you may take it home and bring it another day or leave it at the shop. There will be no additional charge. We may refuse to keep pieces here if we have no room to store it. Any piece left here for 2 months with no attempts to continue work will be removed from the shelf and no refunds will be offered.
We are not responsible for any pieces taken home. We are not responsible for any imperfections on finished pieces that were taken home. We will not refund or replace any pieces broken at home. When you bring the piece back, you must show a copy of your receipt to prove the piece has been purchased from us. If we cannot confirm the purchase, a charge of $10 will be needed to fire the piece.
